Mirror Image is a non-verbal reasoning puzzle. A figure is shown upright, and you pick the option that shows how it would look reflected in a mirror placed to its right — a left-to-right flip. The wrong options are the same figure left unflipped, turned upside down, or flipped the wrong way, so you have to picture the reflection carefully. Mirror and water images are a standard topic in the reasoning section of SSC, railway, police and many other competitive exams, so this is real practice as well as a quick brain-teaser.
The left-to-right reflection, as if a mirror stood along the vertical dashed line beside the figure. Left and right swap over, but top and bottom stay the same.
They are the same figure left unchanged, turned upside down, or flipped top-to-bottom — all common traps in exam mirror-image questions.
